Delivery and returns

If a product is not suitable for you, you can return it and get a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. Please contact us on the contact form to make your request and obtain the return procedure.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

• The product must not have been used.
• The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging with the label. Carefully opened packaging is not considered damaged.

If you have ordered the wrong size or colour and would like to exchange the product, please contact us quickly on the contact form by clicking here.

Please be sure to tell us which product it is and what you would like to exchange it for. A member of our customer service team will get back to you shortly to explain the procedure to follow.

In both of the above cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of returns. Oxsitis will only pay for the return shipping costs if the product is covered by a warranty. To make an after-sales service request, click here.
