If a product is not suitable for you, you can return it and get a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. Please contact us on the contact form to make your request and obtain the return procedure.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging with the label. Carefully opened packaging is not considered damaged.

In both of the above cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of returns. Oxsitis will only pay for the return shipping costs if the product is covered by a warranty. To make an after-sales service request, click here.
