Energiz’Heure gel hot climate is a slightly hypotonic carbohydrate effort drink from the Climadrink range. This range is the only one offering energy products developed to meet the body’s needs according to the climate environment. The Energiz’Heure hot climate gel provides an adapted energy supply and promotes rehydration and remineralization during efforts made in a temperature above 25 °C. In hot weather, increased sweat loss can lead to accelerated dehydration or heat stroke. Can be taken pure with a few sips of water or diluted into an isotonic drink Energiz’Heure hot climate gel was designed to address these issues and facilitate the coverage of losses contained in sweat. Its lower carbohydrate concentration promotes the assimilation and use of energy substrates by the body, thus covering the needs for one hour of effort. How to use it?
In gel format, consume Energiz’Heure temperate climate gel in small sips every 10 minutes or when you stop playing. To hydrate in addition: 500 ml / hour of effort.
In drink format, dilute Energiz’Heure tempered climate gel in a bottle or can and add 600 ml of water to obtain an isotonic drink. Consume regularly during exercise and when breaks in play allow.
