Organic Beef Jerky is a salty snack of high nutritional quality. Developed and manufactured in the centre of Auvergne from the most tender pieces (shin and round shin), it is the perfect snack for hikes and long endurance efforts. Its packaging in 25g bags makes it easy and convenient to use. Rich in protein, high in sodium and low in fat and carbohydrates, Organic Beef Jerky is made in pure respect of tradition. Dried in its original marinade, thinly sliced and vacuum-packed in the laboratory, the product does not undergo any transformation or addition of industrial marinade, which is often too strong in taste and incompatible with sports applications. The product is vacuum-packed so as not to incorporate an oxygen-absorbing sachet whose studies show that it is responsible for irritating the digestive mucosa.
