Energiz’Heure gel temperate climate is an isotonic carbohydrate effort drink from the Climadrink range. This range is the only one offering energy products developed to meet the body’s needs according to the climate environment. The Energiz’Heure temperate climate gel provides an adapted energy supply and promotes rehydration during exercise in a temperature between 10 and 25 °C. In mild weather, maintaining a high level of performance requires a balance between hydration and energy intake. Can be taken pure with a few sips of water or diluted into an isotonic drink Energiz’Heure temperate climate gel has been designed to meet these problems and facilitate the assimilation and use of energy substrates by the body, thus covering the needs for one hour of effort. How to use it?
In gel format, consume Energiz’Heure gel temperate climate in small sips every 10 minutes or when the game stops. Moisturize as a supplement: 500 ml/hour of effort.
In beverage format, dilute Energiz’Heure gel temperate climate in a bottle or can and add 600ml of water to obtain an isotonic drink. Consume regularly during exercise and when stoppages allow.
