How to use it?
– Tear the side of the stick parallel to the edges to obtain a complete opening. Take the bar out as you need it and enjoy it in small portions with a few sips of water.
– Fold the bag back after eating a piece of bar to preserve the remaining part. Store the bag, or insert it into a storage compartment to continue its use.
– Once the bag is finished, throw it in a garbage can or store it in a storage compartment.
For endurance sports
It is recommended to consume a Snack’Heure Bar every 2 to 3 hours of effort for a supply of vegetable protein and B.C.A.A. The ideal is to space the catches, in small portions every 15 minutes. Moisturize as a supplement: 500mL/hour of effort.
In recovery
It is recommended to consume a Snack’Heure Bar within 30 minutes after stopping the effort for optimal efficiency during the metabolic window. Moisturize as a supplement: 500mL in recovery.
