CONTEST RULES

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE CONTEST

The Organizer, Oxsitis, headquartered in Saint-Jean-de-Moirans, France intends to organize a contest entitled “MONT BLANC MARATHON CONTEST,” in which the winner will be determined by a random draw, following the conditions defined below. The contest will take place from Thursday, June 22nd, to Saturday, June 24th, 2023.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST

2.1. The contest is free and open to anyone, residing in France or abroad, regardless of nationality, excluding all individuals involved in the development of the contest.

2.2. Participation in the contest implies the irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of these regulations.

2.3. The contest is limited to one entry per person. Participation in the contest is strictly personal and non-transferable. Only one prize will be awarded.

2.4. Failure to comply with the participation conditions set forth in these Regulations will result in the nullity of the participant’s entry.

ARTICLE 3 – CONTEST PRINCIPLE / PARTICIPATION PROCEDURES

This contest takes place exclusively at the Marathon du Mont Blanc event, on the dates indicated in Article 1. To validate their participation, each participant must properly register by filling out an online form before the contest closes. Each participant will receive one chance to be selected through a random draw.

ARTICLE 4 – SELECTION OF WINNERS

The Organizer will designate the winner through a random draw from among all registered participants. The draw will take place on Monday, June 26th, 2023.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES

One Ultim 12 bag.

ARTICLE 6 – PRIZE AWARDING AND USE CONDITIONS

The Organizer of the contest will contact the winner by email and inform them of the procedures to follow in order to receive their prize. No correspondence will be sent to participants who did not win; only the winner will be contacted. The winner must respond within the week following the sending of this email and provide their complete contact information. Failure to respond within the week following the sending of this email will result in forfeiture of the prize, and no compensation, reward, or indemnity of any kind will be granted. In this case, the prizes will be awarded to another person. The winners must comply with these regulations. If it is found that they do not meet the criteria of these regulations, the prize will not be awarded to them and will be acquired by the Organizer. To this end, participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, contact information, or the fairness and sincerity of their participation. Any false declaration, false identity information, or false postal address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and the acquisition of the prize by the Organizer. Furthermore, in the event that the Organizer is unable to deliver the prize won to the winner, regardless of the cause, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equivalent value, to which the participant consents.

ARTICLE 7 – Personal Data

By participating in the contest, participants authorize in advance, by the sole fact of their participation, the Organizers to freely use, for advertising or promotional purposes, on any medium, all personal information provided on their behalf.

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY

The Organizer shall not be held liable for the inability to contact each winner, as well as for the loss, theft, or damage of the prize during its delivery. The Organizer shall also not be responsible for any errors in the name, address, and/or contact information provided by the participants in the contest. Moreover, the Organizer of the contest disclaims any responsibility for any incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the awarded prize and/or due to its use and/or consequences, particularly the enjoyment of a prize by a minor, which remains under the sole and full responsibility of a person with parental authority. The Organizer reserves the right, if circumstances require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone, or cancel the contest, without incurring any liability. The use of robots or any other similar processes allowing mechanical or other automated participation in the contest is prohibited, and any violation of this rule will result in the permanent elimination of the participant and/or user. The Organizer may cancel all or part of the contest if it appears that any form of fraud has occurred, including computer-based fraud related to participation in the contest or the selection of winners. In such a case, the Organizer reserves the right not to award prizes to fraudsters and/or to pursue legal action against the authors of such frauds before the competent authorities.
